"GTA 5" online mode just received the recently released update 1.35 from Rockstar Games. Unfortunately, it introduced a handful of glitches -- from reaping unlimited money going solo to acquiring massive Reputation Points (RP). But of course, the studio does not allow such mishap to (ever) happen again. Hence, along with YouTube, they are going after people posting videos showcasing cheats for the games.
According to International Business Times, the update 1.35 for "GTA 5" online mode resulted to some glitches. Players can reportedly reap solo unlimited money that could reach to over $3000 -- and this can be done in a matter of 20 seconds or so.
"GTA 5" players will only have to drive their cars to a store location and simply keep on firing while inside. And as long as the process is repeated several times, earning the aforementioned in-game amount can be achieved almost every hour.
As for acquiring massive "GTA 5" Reputation Points (RP), players simply have to utilize custom jobs by logging in to either PSN or Xbox Live network. This glitch, as well as the aforementioned, works efficiently on all gaming consoles.
While these can be very intriguing, they are no less than unfair to the entirety of the "GTA 5" game. After all, they are named glitch for the exact reason they are. And, as reported by Daily Star, Rockstar Games is putting all its efforts in going after cheaters.
The studio is said to be working alongside YouTube to take down videos that showcase "GTA 5" cheats and/or glitches. In fact, even the video-streaming website has started implementing bans to some channels that do such.
One of the popular go-to "GTA 5" cheat channel under the name of GoldenGunGames has already experienced it. And yes, it has been taken down already. This happened after received a total of three strikes for posting cheat and/or glitch videos about the game.
So for people looking to post videos about the recent "GTA 5" update 1.35 glitch, they better think twice. Otherwise, their respective channels will only be put to doom.
