Hitman: Absolution E3 Trailer Arriving On May 30

Hitman fans have some awesome news heading their way! Developer IO Interactive and Publisher Square Enix of “Hitman: Absolution” have revealed, via the game’s official Facebook page, that its E3 trailer will be unveiled on May 30.

“Hitman: Absolution” has been built from scratch with IO Interactive’s Glacier 2 technology and the technology, as per the gameplay footage that was released previously, promises to offer a cinematic story, idiosyncratic art direction and game designing with originality.

About the game, the developers have confirmed that Absolution will feature different gameplay than previous installments, with a greater focus on action and gunplay. It has also been confirmed that the game will take place in the United States, and will feature an online option. Moreover, the game will feature "instinct mode" which will allow 47 to predict enemy patrol routes. This is very similar to the 'visor mode' that was featured in “Splinter Cell: Conviction.”

“Hitman: Absolution” will follow Agent 47 who will now take on his most treacherous contract to date. After being betrayed by those he trusted and hunted by the police, he now finds himself in the middle of a sinister conspiracy. He must embark on this personal journey through a crooked and bitter world, in his search for the truth.

The game is set for a November 20, 2012 release.
