'Dragon Ball Super' News & Updates: Gohan Or Vegeta The Only Ones Who Can Defeat Black Goku?

For the past episodes "Dragon Ball Super," Son Goku has always won the battles throughout the entire series. This time, change may be on the way as there have been reports that Son Goku will not be the one to beat the evil Black Goku.

The most iconic character in "Dragon Ball Super" has always been Son Goku. He has always been the hero in all battles. However, Akira Toriyama, the creator of Dragon Ball has recently announced that the Omni King and the gods of destruction will be involved in the fight with the Black Goku, as reported by Enstars.

With that on hand, fans believe that other characters of "Dragon Ball Super" also deserve the spotlight and the creator must have heard them. There have been speculations that the ones to beat Black Goku are Gohan and Vegeta - both strong characters in "Dragon Ball Z."

Gohan has already become a peace-loving father in "Dragon Ball Super." However, under given circumstances, there may be a chance for him to don his Gi and fight in battle one more time. He is very powerful and has been speculated to be even stronger and more powerful than his father.

On the other hand, Vegeta has been known to have massive anger towards Black Goku after he found out that his wife suffered a painful and brutal death in Black Goku's hands in the future. In "Dragon Ball Super," Vegeta comes second to Gohan in terms of strength in power.

After speculations that Gohan will be releasing his inner warrior to defeat Black Goku, a lot of fans believe he will allegedly be the one to put an end to Black Goku. According to Ecumenical News, Son Goku may not be able to beat Black Goku, based on episode 50 when he had a hard time putting down him down.

The answers to these questions will soon be revealed on July 31, when episode 53 shall be aired on Fuji TV. This upcoming episode shall be titled "Reveal Black's True Identity Now to the Kaioshin Realm of Universe 10!"
