So far, Rockstar Games has remained mummed about "GTA 6" and any of its possible features. Hence fans are all leaning to whatever speculations and/or rumors surface. Now, the game is said to bring nostalgia to the community, as its setting could include the ones in the past installments.
There is no doubt that most fans want "GTA 6" to be a reality. After all, the entire franchise proved to be a huge success. It should be noted, though, that the sixth installment has yet to be confirmed by Rockstar. Hence it continues to loom in mystery.
However, as reported by Neurogadget, "GTA 6" could possibly introduce a vintage theme. That the supposed title will be set in the past, making it the first installment to do so in franchise history. Besides, all of the previous "GTA" titles have been set in present times.
If "GTA 6" will indeed be set in a past timeline, then this could be a brand new experience. Players will get to feel the excitement that old vehicles offers. This idea of bringing a deep-rooted setting could really be interesting in one way or another.
Parent Herald, on the other hand, cites that "GTA 6" could also be set in abroad. Heck, it is even believed to be the first 3D generation title to do so. The publication said that the highly anticipated game could be set in Tokyo or London. The latter, though, already happened in the game's installment in 1999 -- "Grand Theft Auto: London, 1969."
It is no question that the franchise has covered almost all major cities in the United States. From New York to Los Angeles to San Francisco to Las Vegas to Miami, these have all been included. So it is only highly acceptable if the devs opt to set "GTA 6" outside of the US territory.
Moreover, the possibility of "GTA 6" in London is pretty much likely. The people working on the forthcoming title are reportedly British. And if this is the case, then players will have the chance to experience controlling right-hand drive cars.
