Kris Jenner was involved in a terrifying car accident in Los Angeles on Wednesday afternoon that resulted in the collision of her brand new Rolls-Royce with a freeway-bound car. Kylie Jenner reassured Kardashian fans that she was not involved in the car crash and her mother was okay.

According to People, the 60-year-old "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" star, was alone when the accident took place. She was driving westbound on Calabasas Rd. when a Prius turned in front of her car while attempting to get onto a freeway, thus causing a collission.

TMZ reported that Jenner may have broken her wrist and was treated by paramedics at the site of the wreck. Los Angeles Sheriff Lt. Ed Winslow mentioned that Jenner did not require serious medical treatment and she refused to be transferred to a hospital. The two vehicles were towed from the scene and no further details about the other driver were presented.

While Jenner verified that she is okay, her youngest daughter Kylie Jenner was quick in reassuring their supporters that her mother is doing fine and clarified that she was not present when the accident happened. In fact, the famous Kylie took to Tweeter to relieve the anxiety and fear of their fans.

Moreover, the beautiful teenager validated that her mother was unaccompanied when the collision took place and she went to the scene hurriedly to be with her.

The front of Kris’ posh vehicle was severely damaged. Online photos that circulated immediately after the scary incident revealed squealing tires and shattered glass. Also, the impact of the crash caused the airbag to deploy.

The said mishap brings back horrible memories of the devastating multicar tragedy that Kris’ ex husband, Caitlyn Jenner, got involved in last year. It is recalled that the former Olympian did not face any charges over the accident.
