- Simply log out on your original account, but make a new one
- Log out the new account you created and then delete the entire Pokemon GO app
- Wait a few hours (probably around 2 to 3 hours), and reinstall the game directly from the App Store
If somehow, in one way or another, the steps above for getting your Pokemon GO account back won't work, there is another method to try.
- Just follow the aforementioned instructions, except the deletion and installation of Pokemon GO app
- Create a new account
- Find a Pokemon and try to catch it
- Try to log into your old account and wait for 3 hours or so

It basically asks players to answer a couple of questions as well as the location they want to be once the ban is gone. As of this writing, it remains to be a Window-based hack.
