According to Cavaliers Nation, the 2016 NBA Champions are featured in a recently leaked NBA 2K17 video, battling against title contenders Golden State Warriors. The match-up was basically done in the game's demo mode feature.
The aforementioned NBA 2K17 footage was officially leaked during Gamescom 2016, which is deemed one of the biggest trade fairs for video games. It is currently being held in Cologne, Germany. Aside from 2K Games, the developer of the upcoming title, several studios have also showcased their projects.
In the NBA 2K17 video, it easy to say that the players look more realistic than they were in the previous installment (2K16). In a sense, it is safe to say that the body types of the players are efficiently matched in real life.
King James Gospel, on the other hand, notes that Kevin Durant, who is now part of the Golden State Warriors, in NBA 2K17 sports is much leaner and/or skinnier build. As for the game's score board, its layout has been changed, with more height than width. Its overall display now looks a bit catchier than it was in the previous titles.
As for the lightning aspect of NBA 2K17, it seems 2K games revamped it. The change it received makes the total presentation of the game crisper than it was before. Unfortunately, though, the much-awaited feature called expansion teams wasn't demonstrated. It would have been an interesting angle to take, given the fact that lots and lots of fans are so eager to learn about it.
NBA 2K17 is slated to hit the shelves come September 20 this year. It will be made available for PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Xbox 360 and PC.
