Issues on the second season of "Attack on Titan" have been flared recently now, since it has been two years since the first season came to an end. Fans are now anticipating the events that will occur in the second season, based mainly on its manga series.
"Attack on Titan" Anime Series Closely Similar To Manga Series
It is very much known how the creators of "Attack on Titan" have adapted most of the major events of the series on its manga version. Since it has already been confirmed that production of the second season has already started, fans are worried that it might still follow the course of the storyline on the manga series.
"Attack on Titan" Manga Series Tops Records On Sales
The fans don't want the creators to follow the manga series exactly since the suspense of the next events will no longer excite them as they already know what will happen. Just recently, according to Crunchy Roll, the manga series of "Attack on Titan" or otherwise known as "Shingeki no Kyojin" by Hajime Isyama has been very well received. Its 20th volume that was released last August 9 almost sold a million copies in its first week alone.
Since the manga series has been very well-received, creators of the anime version of the story are likely to follow its storyline. However, Christian Times reported that the creators may still be tweaking off some details on the manga series, to create anticipation for the viewers and avoid obvious spoilers.
New Giant Titan Incoming On Season 2
It has been reported in the past that a giant Titan will be the new villain on the "Attack on Titan" season two, and it is much bigger than what was featured during the first season known as the Colossal Titan. The new one will be completely more dangerous, more powerful by possessing great intelligence, close to that of a human being.
