PS 4 Slim Specs, Game Titles And More: Is Sony's New Console Worth Buying?

Despite the fact that PlayStation Neo is taking the internet by storm now, it is not having the entire spotlight as it shares its excitement with the PlayStation 4 Slim.

PlayStation 4 Slim Release

The PlayStation 4 Neo is most likely to feature a 4K video output and other major internal improvements, the PlayStation 4 Slim is more of a slimmer version of the PlayStation 4 standard models, removing the expectations of any software and spec improvements. The release of the PlayStation 4 Neo will most likely be held at an event in New York City on September 7.

PlayStation 4 Slim Specs

Digital Foundry released its own analysis and interpretations of the PS4 rumours, stating that it will also feature improvements on its specs that will boost the frame rates of the game. Despite that being said, there is still a host of other questions that lurks around the PlayStation 4 Slim.

It would surely be an interesting site to see Sony battle it out with Microsoft's Xbox One S - the equivalent version of the PlayStation 4 Slim.

The PlayStation 4 and Xbox One have been battling it out for years ever since its release. This time, its competition takes on the next level as it is not anymore confined to the mere aesthetics of it, but rather on the possible improvements and upgrades on its specs.

PlayStation 4 Slim Price

There are still no official figures released by Sony, as well as other tech sites to forecast any price estimates. One thing is for sure, and that it is going to be priced lower, the same as what happened to the other previous slim PlayStation models.

Currently, the PlayStation 4 that has storage of 500GB is priced at $350. This puts the PlayStation 4 Slim price to be similar to that price range, or more plausibly even lower than it.
