The Samsung Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge have out since March this year, but now a new color for it is being released in the United States. The Pink Gold Samsung Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge is coming out and offer consumers a rather unique color for Samsung's flagship smartphones.
The Pink Gold color scheme for the Samsung Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge has been out in other territories since last April. Now the unique color scheme is also being offered to the market in the U.S.. The Pink Gold color is in line with Samsung giving the Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge some unique colors, starting with the Blue Coral color, which was just released as well.
The Blue Coral scheme has been a hit. Tech Times reports that it is currently sold out, and that those who would want it will have to fall in line to a 3-week wait list. The Pink Gold color coming out to the U.S. might offer an alternative to those who would want a uniquely colored Galaxy S7 or S7 Edge and could not wait for the Blue Coral one to be in stock again.
The Pink Gold color would be just as unique as it has only come out in South Korea so far. This limited release version of the Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge would just be as coveted once it comes out elsewhere. Its draw would not only be its color, but that it would be available in limited numbers. This makes the version highly collectible for those who would want it.
According to Digital Trends the Pink Gold version of the Samsung Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge would be a Best Buy exclusive. With a limited release it will likely face a long waiting list much like the Blue Coral version is facing now.
As for its specs the Pink Gold version of the Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge won't be different from the regular versions of the two smartphones. It will still have the Snapdragon 820 as its processor and will have 32 GB of internal storage which could be expanded up to 256 GB through microSD. It has 4 GB RAM and a 12MP rear camera plus a 5MP front camera.
For the display the Samsung Galaxy S7 has 5.1 inches of Super AMOLED display, while the Galaxy S7 Edge has 5.5 inches of Super AMOLED display. Its OS is still Android Marshmallow 6.0 out of the box.
