New Exotic Pulse Rifle Spotted For 'Destiny: Rise Of Iron'

On top of the excitement about Josh Hamrick's return to Bungie, destiny fanatics have spotted a new 'exotic' weapon to be included in Destiny: Rise of Iron. Some even are guessing that it could be tied to the Wrath of the Machine raid as exotic.

As reported by GameRant.com, Destiny: Rise of Iron will offer a pool of exotic and legendary weapons for Destiny's Year Three. However, our special feature on this article focuses on this exotic and what seems to be a pulse rifle.

Check out this YouTube video by Arekkz Gaming, featuring the short footage that was released by Bungie:

Fans know about this exotic pulse rifle because a Game Informer article earlier this month mentioned a new exotic pulse rifle that would release Gjallarhorn-like tracking rounds after an enemy is killed with a precision shot. Keen-eyed fans spotted that weapon in action in Bungie's ViDoc released during Gamescom.

This exotic weapon seems to be patterned after by the Sleeper Simulant heavy fusion rifle, but a bit smaller in size. It also hints a red SIVA color scheme. This has allowed fans to speculate that this weapon, no name yet, will be a drop (a.k.a. reward) from the Wrath of the Machine raid. Another speculation is that it will be a drop for a quest that is connected to the raid. As observed, Destiny always reward each raid with exotic weapons, this is why the speculations lean towards it to be true. Another basis for the guess is that Bungie has confirmed that it will continue to give out quests in Rise of Iron.

Well, whichever it is from, fans sure would like to get their hands on the exotic pulse weapon. Are you excited about Destiny: Rise of Iron? Feel free to drop a comment below.
