'Teen Wolf' Season 6 News And Updates: Production Delayed With Dylan O'Brien Still Recovering, Not Yet Ready For Filming

Ever since the producers of the series "Teen Wolf" has announced that their upcoming season six will serve as their series finale, fans have been highly anticipating its return on television for the last time. However, reports claim that due to Dylan O'Brien's accident while filming for a movie, production of the series is running late this year.

"Teen Wolf" season six is set to return on television this coming November. While it is around three months away, the filming of the series has been late. According to Parent Herald, showrunner Jeff Davis admitted that production of the series was a little late this season. Although he did not directly reveal that actor Dylan O'Brien is the reason behind this, fans were quick to assume that he was.

Is Dylan O'Brien Ready To Get Back On His Feet On Set Of "Teen Wolf"?

It can be recalled that Dylan O'Brien was injured while he was filming for his movie, "Maze Runner 2" and had to be on recovery for a few months. Just recently, the actor was already spotted outside his house last month for the first time since his accident. This was then assumed that he is ready to get back on the set; however it may just not be true yet. The actor is still allegedly on recovery and will return when he can.

Tyler Posey's Scott McCall Without Love Interest This Upcoming Season

While the production is getting ready for when they will finally resume filming, there have been spoilers with regards to the lovelife of Scott McCall (Tyler Posey). MNR Daily reported that he will not be having a love interest this season, giving him more chance to improve himself without the influence of any emotional attachment. A romantic interest may just affect the disposition of his character in the series finale.
