Nothing is sadder than the game suffering from more glitches than technical issues. These glitches affect the whole gameplay, momentum and excitement of the game. Basically, it kills the whole game and fans are really not pleased to experience such things. Games that are most likely to be affected with these glitches are the likes of action and sports games. Recently, EA Sports Madden NFL 17 reportedly experienced certain types of glitches.
According to Game Rant, Madden NFL 17 recent glitch enable players to make an easy touchdown through missed field goals. Often times, when a player missed a field goal attempt and intercepted, a touchdown will be scored on the other team even when it is on the wrong side of the field. Rumors said that several players are entertained on this recent glitch due to the commentator's reaction especially on the wrong side touchdown score.
While the first glitch was somewhat entertaining, this other glitch seems like the exact opposite. It involves the passing plays. Based on the complaints, the glitch displays no pass icon resulting players not to able to pass and force them to run the ball without passing. Compared to the first one, the commentaries on this particular glitch is not as crazy as it is. Instead, it is making players upset rather than entertained.
According to Gamespot, Madden is not a beginner on these glitch issues. Madden NFL 16 has also been on the same situation before with its 'ghost intercept' glitch. The latter's glitch was like a ghost interception and returning the ball with a touchdown. Other known glitches of the previous Madden includes an astounding 9 minutes of constant fumbling and other one that made a player miniature in size.
EA sports promised to address these several game issues on the Madden NFL 17 game. The developer said that they will be releasing updates that will synchronize the game's event into the real world. The said updates are also expected to crush these known bugs and glitches of the game. For the time being, EA sports suggest that players should need to try their best to avoid missing field goals while waiting for the arrival of the said updates.
Madden NFL 17 is now available for PC, Xbox One and PS4 platforms.
