Samsung's Galaxy Note 10.1 tablet had a succinct debut on Amazon on Wednesday. And now the page has disappeared! According to Amazon's disappeared post, Samsung's Galaxy Note 10.1 was to be released on July 30. Currently the page on Amazon shows error. What has made the world's largest online retailer pull down the page is still unknown.
Samsung has already unveiled the Galaxy Note 10.1 at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona. The latest Note device is the second entry in the pen- and touch-capable Galaxy Note line.
The Amazon page showed latest Note tab was priced at $549, and the retailer announced that the device will be available "within 3 to 5 weeks" after placing order.
While the actual features of the Galaxy tab are still unknown, reports flying in the air suggest that the new Galaxy Note tab will sport a dimension of 256.7 x 175.3 x 8.9 mm, weight of 583 grams, 10.1-inch 1280 x 800 pixels Widescreen PLS TFT capacitive touchscreen with 149 ppi pixel density, 1GB RAM and 16/32/64 GB storage capacity with a microSD card slot that can be expanded up to 32GB.
The Note tab will run on Google's latest Android OS 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich), will feature dual-core Exynos 1.4 GHz processor (as per the latest news, it can be quad-core CPU), Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, Wi-Fi Direct, dual-band, Wi-Fi hotspot, Bluetooth version 3.0 with A2DP and USB version 2.0.
The Korean electronics giant has also packed in a 3.15 mega pixel rear camera with 2048x1536 pixels with LED flash and autofocus features and a 2-megapixel front-facing camera for video calling. The Samsung will also be powered by a Standard Li-Ion 7000 mAh battery.
The Galaxy Note 10.1 is not available for pre-order at this time.
