Users from South Africa claimed to have experience struggles logging into 'Plants vs Zombies: Garden Warfare 2.' According to Venture Beat, other gamers complained on Twitter and Reddit that they are unable to play Battlefield 4, Madden NFL 16, or the FIFA. EA Games such as Star Wars: Battlefront, The Sims, and others that need online services.
According to Gamespot, players are complaining because there are failures in connecting to the servers of EA. Notifications on their screen show the text "Failed to connect to EA online". Since Battlefield 1 is an online-only multiplayer beta, problems such as these will give players a major struggle. Apart from Battlefield 1 beta, there are quite a lot of EA games that have also experienced issues. EA Support Twitter account has answered the reports saying that they are experiencing outage; as a result, EA games, services and support are impacted and that they are working on it as fast as they can.
