'Call Of Duty: Infinite Warfare' Update: Multiplayer Feature Will Be Available As A Pre-order Bonus

During the 2016 Call of Duty XP event in Inglewood, California, developers have revealed the multiplayer mode of the upcoming 'Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare.' The studios behind the forthcoming game is constantly feeding updates and details of what fans might expect during its actual release. However, both Activision and Infinity Ward bring some kind of disappointment to the PC and Xbox One fans as they are going to have the upcoming multiplayer beta exclusively for PS4 only.

According to Game Rant, it was not a surprise to most of the fans as Activision and Sony have a timed-exclusive deal for the previous Black Ops 3 DLC last year. However, there are still some minorities hoping to have a different type of decision regarding the upcoming Infinity Warfare beta version. However, rumors said that players of PlayStation 4 would not easily sign in and play the game that easy. Based on the reports, there are several conditions involved.

According to Destructoid, in order to play the Infinity Warfare multiplayer beta, the game's publisher said that players are required to pre-order the game. However, the studios have not issued any details regarding the duration of the beta version which make players have doubts in gambling their money as they want to try it out first before its official release this coming October.

Basically, it is a risky move by PS4 players who will be pre-ordering the game just to test the multiplayer feature. However, it would somehow be worth it as they can get the remastered version of the Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare at the same time. This in turn will give them another option if they are not sold out on the multiplayer offering of the Infinite Warfare after its launch. Moreover, several updates will be out soon. So stay tuned for more.

Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare official release is scheduled for release on November 4, 2016 for PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One platforms.
