Clash Of Clans September Update Release Date Revealed, Possible Features Detailed

Supercell aims to take Clash of Clans to a whole new level through the big September update. Few weeks ago, it was a mystery if the said update ever gets released this month. Well, actually, it will be, and it's going to be on the third week. Apart from that, it's expected to introduce lots of hefty features (which are detailed below).

There are Clash of Clans fans who believe that the upcoming September update is meant to keep the competition with Pokemon GO alive. After all, the latter is slowly owning the mobile game industry. But of course, Supercell's flagship franchise is still a force to be reckoned.

According to MOBIPicker, the forthcoming Clash of Clans September update is slated to arrive on the third week this month. While its exact release date is unknown, it should arrive anytime on the aforesaid timeline. And take note: it's unlike any other updates the studio did in the past.

The soon to be released Clash of Clans update is deemed to significantly bring focus on Town Halls level 11 and below. It's worth noting that Supercell was not so generous in provindg features to the said TH levels, making them a not-so newbie friendly.

Among the many features the Clash of Clans September update will introduce is a so-called penalty system. Sure, its specifics remain unclear; however, it's believed to bring overall changes to the hit mobile game.

Also another feature expected to arrive in Clash of Clans is the capability of mining gems for free. While this is really an interesting addition, there might some restrictions of sort to it. Besides, gems are the company's cash cow.

In related Clash of Clans news, Supercell just recently cancelled the highly celebrated event call ClashCon 2016. The move was to give the company utmost focus on developing new features and/or contents. Surprisingly, the announcement was well-received, as fans believe it was the right thing to do.
