Everybody wants the Spice Girls back on stage and they are giving their fans what they really, really want as they will go on a reunion tour. The news came as a bombshell earlier this year and parts of the world are now excited to hear the group's biggest hit, "Wannabe".
Yes. The 90's hottest girl group is taking the spotlight once more as they reunite to remind the world why they were number one during their time. But the Spice Girls Reunion may not be as powerful as everyone imagined as Mel C and Victoria Beckham drops the chance of bonding with their ex mates.
The hottest seat was taken by Mel B last Thursday (Sept. 8) on a Late Night Show episode as she confirms rumors about the Spice Girls Reunion. Scary Spice dropped hints for James Corden and viewers regarding the 20th year anniversary of their debut album "Spice".
The originally 5-girl-member group (Victoria Beckham, Mel B, Geri Halliwell, Melanie C, and Emma Bunton) is about to tour and they plan to start with a massive performance at London's Hyde Park on July 2017. Sad to say, the British group won't go solid as Mel C and Victoria Beckham will sit out the reunion.
Mel B confirms with a joke, "The other two bitches didn't want to do it!" as she laughed. "Let me correct that, my other two fellow lovely ladies -- You know Victoria is busy with her great fashion line and Mel C is doing her own album, so they gracefully said, 'You three go ahead and do it.'"
The trio, along with their tour manager (Joyce Smith), is already planning the worldwide gig that will coincide with the hit song "Wannabe" turning 21. And even with Mel C and Victoria turning down the comeback offer, the committed trio is still hopeful that the two will change their minds and decide to make history with them by the end of the tour planning. "Friendship never ends" after all, right?
