Continuing on the sideline to the highly acclaimed Naruto-based fighting action game, the next DLC to Naruto Shippuden Ultimate Ninja Storm 4 for Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC (but exclusively only for PlayStation 4 in Japan) titled the "Road to Boruto" is already announced for its international release. The Naruto Shippuden Ultimate Ninja Storm 4 DLC will hit the Western market, specifically North America and Europe, a day after its debut in Japan on February 2, 2017. Western audiences therefore get to play the game on February 3, as reported at Siliconera.
However, being only a DLC, those who are in North America are required to get the base game first in order to play thus up and coming expansion to the game.
Although the Naruto Shippuden Ultimate Ninja Storm 4 game will be made available in both physical and digital copies in its original Japanese release, North America consumers will only get to experience the game via a digital copy for a price tag of $19.99. As for the European market price, that still remains uncertain at this point.
The DLC features the titular character Boruto, Naruto's own son, in his own adventure similar to what his father has traversed years' prior. In addition to Boruto, an already unlockable character in-game without this soon-to-come DLC, the expansion will also incorporate events that were present in the Boruto: Naruto the Movie in addition to other characters who will make an appearance in-game.
Players who find the game's existing maps to be a little small now due to repetitive gaming will find more areas to explore with the release of the Road to Boruto DLC as the iconic Hidden Leaf Village gets new areas for players to freely explore which also means that there are new NPC quests to finish and that certain new items will be made available for players to collect in line with the existing.
