Ryan Gosling And Emma Stone Stunning In 'La La Land' Premiere At TIFF 2016; Stars' Chemistry, Undeniable

Ryan Gosling and Emma Stone looked stunning at the Toronto International Film Festival 2016 (TIFF) for the premiere of their new movie "La La Land" on Monday, which received a standing ovation.

The two turned heads with their classy outfits on the red carpet. Stone looks like sunshine in a sequined yellow minidress alongside Gosling who sported an elegant navy blue suit. The two gamely stopped to pose for photo op before heading inside the theater.

This is the third time for the pair to work together. It can be recalled that Stone and Gosling previously co-starred in "Crazy, Stupid, Love" and "Gangster Squad". This time, the two will showcase their undeniable chemistry in "La La Land."

In an interview with E! News, the 27-year-old actress and 35-year-old actor had nothing but praises for each other.

"I just think he's great," the actress said when asked about her co-star. "I mean, he's a fantastic actor and it's just so much fun to work with him and that's kind of all there is to it, really. It's no more exciting than that or less exciting than that."

"We made two films together and now three, and so, you know, it's great to work with people you know," Gosling added. "I think it brings the best out of you because you know each other, and you are able to help each other in a way that you can't if you're strangers."

"La La Land" is a musical comedy-drama that focuses on the romance between aspiring actress named Mia (Stone) and a jazz musician named Sebastian (Gosling). The story also follows the couple's chase of their dreams in Hollywood.

With "La La Land" being a musical, the pair did a lot of preparation to portray their roles effectively. Both Stone and Gosling show off their dancing and singing skills for their respective roles. Stone learned how to tap and ballroom dance. "I learned to tap and ballroom dance and sing live on camera, which was pretty insane."

"La La Land" is written and directed by Damien Chazelle and will hit theatres on Dec. 16.
