'How To Get Away With Murder' Season 3 Release Date, Spoilers: Keating 5 To Face The Series' Biggest Twist Yet

Annalise Keating and her gang of little liars are now coming back to ABC as "How To Get Away With Murder" season 3 will premiere later this month, promising to treat fans with more explosive twists and mysteries.

Months after season 2 of "How to Get Away with Murder" was concluded in March, teaser videos and photos of the season 3 premiere finally went out. Avid fans of "HTGAWM" are said to witness the biggest twist of the show as spoilers reveal that the Keating 5 are returning to law school. However, the group of smart criminals is not coming back to law school to normal, according to the creator of "HTGAWM," Pete Nowalk.

In the upcoming season, Annalise goes back to work and the Keating 5 will be facing the biggest struggles of their lives as they try to move on from the murder crimes they were involved in from the past seasons, E! News noted.

ABC also gave its set of teasers and details of "How to Get Away with Murder" season 3. According to the production, this season's title will be "We're Good People Now," following the plot of trying to live normally.

The production team also gave an overview and the season's synopsis starts down with the scene where posters of Annalise Keating (Viola Davis) carrying her picture with a tag "killer" were posted around town. Annalise will be forced to make a tough decision that will involve Frank (Charlie Weber). What makes this interesting is the fact that the decision that Annalise is about to make could change everything that the fans expect from this season.

In addition, "HTGAWM" season 3 will introduce a new character which will be played by "Chicago PD" alum Behzad Dabu and the addition of a mysterious killer. Other details about these roles are yet to be revealed. The whole cast were the first to be shocked by the season's plot, revealing the death of one of the major characters.

Mary J. Blige, an award-winning hip hop soul artist, Amy Madigan and Esai Morales are also confirmed to join this season's cast as guest characters.

"HTGAWM" is a big hit series, breaking records with 14.12 million viewers on its season 1 pilot episode. Will season 3 hit another record? Fans will find out when "HTGAWM" season premieres on Thursday, Sept. 22 at 10 p.m. on ABC.
