The desert is heating up for another zombie outbreak somewhere in the Southwest, near the Mexico border. Thanks to an update from Vertigo Games on "Arizona Sunshine."
Three "Arizona Sunshine" screenshots were shared by the developer which were composed of the following: a car-filled deserted road, an abandoned establishment operating an underground tour of mining caves, and a river canyon which depicted a bridge, as mentioned in VR Focus.
Vertigo Games has all been relatively quiet with its announcements for "Arizona Sunshine," their first take on the VR zombie shooting game. They first made a reveal of this project back in May of 2015 and has all been unwilling to talk about the specifics save for the release date which has all been set for the later part of 2016.
However, the middle part of the year become a springboard for a variety of announcement from the developer courtesy of their Steam community page, as well as on newsletter.
Going back to the screenshots which Vertigo Games has mentioned as composed of "water effects, wind whipping through the brush, and dust sweeping the canyon floor," which could largely help in reeling in players who want a realistic experience in a VR game.
The rustic appeal of an Arizona desert is now wrapped in bits and pieces of a community that once thrive in the said area as the "Arizona Sunshine" VR game obviously incorporates a scavenger mentality for the user.
Do you gamble with the abandoned cars to find useful items or leave them be as they could be holding an undead surprise inside?
Will buildings provide protection or will they be just your tomb as it greatly adds a desperation when it comes to a means of escape?
The "Arizona Sunshine" steam community also made an update with its beta testing as they will be having a close beta prior to the public release of the game.
