Emmy Awards 2016 Highlights: Ariel Winter's 'Familiar' Dress; Game Of Thrones Wins 9 Awards

On Saturday night, Ariel Winter looked stunning in her Yousef AlJasmi dress but isn't that the same dress Kylie Jenner wore a few days go? Meanwhile Game of Thrones bagged nine awards out of its 23 nominations.

While Modern Family star Ariel Winter walked the Emmy Awards red carpet beautifully, reports claim the star is wearing the same outfit as Kylie Jenner's but only in a different length. Winter was interviewed regarding her decision to wear the dress and said "I saw it and I was like... I definitely have to wear it." She also mentioned that the decision to wear the dress was a quick decision.

Kylie Jenner wore the outfit in a shorter version in NYC fashion week last September 8. Kylie chose to pair the dress with a denim jacket while her blonde hair is in a topknot. On the other hand, Winter chose the longer version but with a slit up to her thighs.

On the other hand, Game of Thrones won 9 awards from its 23 nominations which are more than the number they took home last year. The series won Outstanding Drama Series, Outstanding Casting for a Drama Series, Outstanding Costumes for a Fantasy Series, Outstanding Directing for a Drama Series, Outstanding Writing for a Drama Series, Outstanding Make-Up for a Single-Camera Series ( Non-Prosthetic), Outstanding Production Design for a Fantasy program, Outstanding Prosthetic Makeup for a Series, outstanding SIngle-Camera Picture Editing for a Drama Series, Outstanding Sound Mixing for a Series, Outstanding Special Visual Effects, and Outstanding Stunt Coordination for a Series.

This year, no other series were able to get as many nominations as Game of Thrones has. In addition, this is their fifth consecutive year to win the sound mixing for a drama series, special visual effect award.

Creative Arts Emmys have decided to have 2 nights of ceremonies at the Microsoft Theater in LA for the very first time.
