More help is on the way for you dedicated “Diablo 3” fans out there. Blizzard has released a new set of hotfixes for the “Diablo 3” gamers that will further address various gameplay and service issues affecting the game.
However, you got to remember that while some of the new hotfixes will go live the moment they are implemented, others may require your realm to be restarted to go into effect. Keep in mind that some issues cannot be addressed without a client-side patch update.
Moreover, if you have not yet completed Diablo III on Normal, some hotfixes described in this list may include spoilers.
Here is the list of the hotfixes provided by the developers till June 28.
Items –
The drop rates for high-end items (items level 61-63) have been increased for Acts III and IV of Hell difficulty and Acts I – IV of Inferno difficulty.
The new approximate drop rates are as follows:
Hell – Act III and Act IV
iLvl 61: 13.9 percent, up from 9 percent
iLvl 62: 3.45 percent, up from 1.9 percent
iLvl 63: 0 percent (no change)
Inferno – Act I
iLvl 61: 23.9 percent, up from 17.7 percent
iLvl 62: 12.6 percent, up from 7.9 percent
iLvl 63: 4.8 percent, up from 2.0 percent
Inferno – Act II
iLvl 61: 23.3 percent, up from 18.6 percent
iLvl 62: 18.6 percent, up from 12.4 percent
iLvl 63: 9.3 percent, up from 4.1 percent
Inferno – Act III and Act IV
iLvl 61: 27.1 percent, up from 24.1 percent
iLvl 62: 21.7 percent, up from 16.1 percent
iLvl 63: 16.3 percent, up from 8.0 percent
Bosses –
Bosses are now guaranteed to drop at least one rare item for players with four stacks of Nephalem Valor and at least two rare items for players with five stacks of Nephalem Valor.
Bug Fixes –
Fixed a bug with several items that would allow those items to block pathing when dropped on the ground
Fixed a crash that could sometimes occur when a player was interacting with environment objects (e.g. opening chests or clicking on a lectern)
Fixed several additional game and service crashes.
