First Look On 'Jumanji' 2017 Film: Cast Seen Shooting Inside A Jungle; New Movie Nothing Like The Original

There is an upcoming reboot of the famous 1995 film "Jumanji," as a tribute to late actor Robin Williams. Recently, a photo has been teased featuring the cast of the upcoming film set inside a jungle.

"Jumanji" 2017 Different From The 1995 Original Starring Robin Williams

Most people born in the 80s and 90s are familiar of the film, "Jumanji" starring the late Robin Williams. It is a story about two kids playing what seems like a mystical game of the same title name, wherein one has to finish it so that all the creatures from the game stop coming into the real world.

Just recently, it has been confirmed that there will be an upcoming "Jumanji" film starring Dwayne Johnson, Jack Black, Karen Gillan and Kevin Hart. Last week, Johnson posted on his social media account a video of a priest blessing the set, indicating that production of the film is already about to begin.

Kevin Hart also did his part in posting about its production, by posting a photo on his instagram account featuring the cast inside a jungle, doing different poses. By the looks of it, the upcoming "Jumanji" film is different from the original. In the 1995 film, the jungle came to the real world along with its creatures. However, in the upcoming film, it looks like the characters are the ones inside the jungle.

"Jumanji" Assured To Honor The Role Of The Late Robin Williams In Original Movie

Dwayne Johnson recently clarified all the reports saying that the upcoming "Jumanji" will not be a reboot, rather a continuation of the first film in 1995. The original movie ended with the game ready to be found, and it looks like the upcoming film will be the story of that.

Nevertheless, Johnson assured that the legend of Alan Perish, portrayed by the late Robin Williams will be honoured in the new film, set to hit theatres in July 28, 2017.
