Fans of the Netflix series "Fuller House" need not to wait very much longer as the network has finally announced that second season will premiere on December.
"Fuller House" To Return On Netflix On December, Featuring The Holiday Season
"Fuller House" is a Netflix original series that serves as a sequel to the 1987-1995 American sitcom, entitled "Full House." It was one of the most famous sitcoms at the time, starring the Olsen twins, Mary Kate and Ashley, who took trades for the role Michelle Tanner. They had too alternate the role since they were still young kids at the time.
Now, "Fuller House" is airing on Netflix with some of the original cast members reprising their various roles. And just recently, it has been confirmed that the series is coming back for a second season, even sooner than expected. The series will be returning on December 9, Friday.
As teased by one of the lead stars of the series, Candace Cameron Bure said that "Fuller House" season two will definitely be filled with the holiday spirit, as they will be featuring the major holidays when it airs on December. That includes Thanksgiving, Halloween, Christmas and New Year's Eve episodes.
Season 2 Of "Fuller House" Will See More Of The Love Triangle That Was Left Off During The Season 1 Finale
After the announcement of its second season release date, a new poster for "Fuller House" was also released by Netflix, featuring the Tanner family. The series will certainly be returning with a lot more storyline, especially with the holidays coming up.
It can be recalled that the first season of "Fuller House" ended with the love triangle between the main star D.J. Tanner-Fuller, her highschool sweetheart Steve and a new guy at work, Dr. Matt Harmon. Given how they left off during the first season finale, the upcoming season will feature D.J. dealing with her complicated romantic life.
