Six Members Of The Cast Of "The West Wing" Heads Off To Ohio To Endorse Hillary Clinton
Six of the cast members are headed to Ohio for the weekend, to endorse presidential candidate, Hillary Clinton including Richard Schiff, Allison Janney, Bradley Whitford, Dulé Hill, Joshua Malina, and Mary McCormack. Over the course of the entire weekend, they will be encouraging the residents of Ohio to vote, roaming around from Mahoning Valley, Cleveland, Toledo, Columbus and more.
As it can be recalled, the series ended in 2006 after airing on NBC for seven years. From time to time, the cast of the show come together for various reasons. Now, they are once again going to reunite just like the good old days, to make a stand in their political views, especially that their series was centred on the political world in the White House.
During their past reunions, prior to confirming that they will be campaigning for Hillary Clinton, "The West Wing" cast members voiced out their interests in supporting a presidential candidate. They even mirrored the events of today to the storyline of the series, when the character played by Martin Sheen, Josiah Bartlet also ran for president.
Other Cast Not Joining Campaign In Ohio Voiced Out Their Support For Hillary Clinton In Other Ways
The six former cast of "The West Wing" will be campaigning for Hillary Clinton all across the state of Ohio, to make sure they have made their statements about their presidential candidate known to the public.
One of the main casts of "The West Wing," Martin Sheen is not joining the other cast members in Ohio. However, he has been very vocal in voting against Trump, even joining an anti-Trump campaign that went viral on social media just last Wednesday.
By the looks of it, most of the cast members of the series have already a side to lean on, and they are all together in it. To the residents of Ohio, they will definitely have a fun-filled weekend with the cast of "The West Wing" there.
