Since Niantic sent a huge wave of banning a couple of months ago, several third-party apps and sites were down. However, some of these apps are still existing and working perfectly. The famous PokeVision was very useful back then, it helps trainers track Pokemon effortlessly, now it was banned, players are desperately looking for some alternatives such as FastPokeMap and Pokemesh. Currently, it has been revealed by the FastPokeMap creator himself that the tracking service's number of active views daily has increased big-time.
According to Pokemon Go Hub, FastPokemap still defends its throne of all active tracking alternatives. The site garnered 10 million daily page views and 3 million active users per day as confirmed by the lead developer. It has been the largest number so far since PokeVision with 11 million unique users per day. FastPokemap author also added that their services has undergone major upgrades on the server capacity. In addition, players can now scan a larger radius of 200m which is effective as of today.
Based on the reports from I4U News, FastPokeMap supplies Pokemon map data to other Pokemon tracking apps. It was reported that their Pokemon service data currently have about 110 million timer off-sets. Aside from its increased radius scan, it is also offering an IV scanning feature which most of the fans badly need.
The site's author, whitelist_ip, believes that he is always on top to remain as one of the first real-time tracking app after a major change on the game's API. Presently, whitelist_ip is now trying to create a new security change under the newest Pokemon Go version. However, he is not succeeding so far.
Even though, Niantic scaled back the aggression against these kinds of scanning services, it is still safe to use these tracking apps that do not have a login requirement. In that case, FastPokeMap gives more edge among other tracking apps which makes it the best Pokemon Go tracking alternative up until now.
