There have been reports that the season premiere is going to answer the questions that were left hanging during the season four finale of "How to Get Away with Murder." These answers include Frank's whereabouts since it was implied he left after his confrontation with Annalise and who shot Wes's dad.
Frank was seen shaving his face, and making him look to almost 10 years younger, making it hard for Annalise to track him down in the fear that he will be killed. However, it looks like Annalise was successful in locating him probably at the intention of killing him. Rather, Frank was able to get to the guy while the latter was asking if he should kill Frank or not.
