After its brief stay in the rumor back in April, Motorola Photon Q LTE has again hit the headline.
An Engadget Wednesday report states that folks at the website have found a diagram of a Motorola phone with Sprint LTE, EVDO getting approved by the Federal Communication Commission. The phone's model number is XT897 and the phone, according to them, is Motorola's Photon Q LTE.
As per the report, Photon Q will come with built in NFC support, LTE 25, and EVDO. Along with these confirmed features, a Snapdragon S4 dual-core chip, HD display and Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich OS can also be expected.
The Photon Q is a 4.3-inch QWERTY Android smartphone from Motorola's DROID family.
