Google Set To Release Play Store Version 3.7.13 – How To Install (Tutorial, Download Links)

While it was previously revealed at the end of the last month (right after Google I/O) that an updated version of the Play Store was available to download for everyone, Google is rolling out the latest version of its virtual market to everyone. The best part about is that it doesn’t matter if you are an Android 4.1 (Jelly Bean) user or not.

The version, aside from some minor visual changes, gives you the authority to access magazines as well as purchase movies. Installation is automated and you might be prompted to install it. In several other devices, however, the refresh is silent.

Although Google will be updating all eligible devices to latest version in a matter of weeks, you could download Google Play APK 3.5.13 at once if you are not willing to wait that long. Just follow the steps below.

Note: Before we begin, remember that you don’t need root for this. The process is actually pretty easy. As far as the eligible devices are concerned, we believe any device running Android 2.2 or higher will be okay.

Here are the steps to Install Google Play APK 3.7.13

Step 1: Download APK of Google Play 3.7.13. File name: GP3.7.13.apk (You will find all the required download links below)

Step 2: Transfer it to your phone if you downloaded it on PC.

Step 3: Enable “Unknown sources” under Settings – Applications, so that you can install applications from SD Card. If you are on Ice Cream Sandwich, Android 4.0/4.1, find it under Settings – Security.

Step 4: Make sure you have a (any) file manager installed. Open file manager app and go to folder where you downloaded/transferred the GP3.7.13.apk (if you downloaded it on phone, it should be in Download folder).

Step 5: Tap on the GP3.7.13.apk (the Google Play APK file), to begin installation procedure and it will be installed in less than a minute. That’s it. Open the Google Play now and you have the latest version of it right there.
