'Gilmore Girls: A Year In The Life' Updates: Will Rory's Career Crisis Mean She Is Now Focusing On The DAR?

As the fans get closer to the much-awaited "Gilmore Girls" revival, there have been more updates and alleged spoilers revealed with regards to the series' return; including Rory's possible involvement still with the DAR. Does this mean that in Rory's career and quarter-life crisis, she is still set on giving her all to the organization?

Will Rory Still Be Active In The DAR In The Upcoming Revival "Gilmore Girls: A Year In The Life?"

It can be recalled that in previous episodes of "Gilmore Girls" during the sixth season, Rory Gilmore was having trouble with her chosen major and even came to a point of questioning her credibility as a future reporter. Thus, she gives her focus on the DAR, an organization that her grandmother is currently active in.

During Rory's time with the DAR, her mother, as well as the fans of the series was definitely unhappy of her decision and the waste she did on her education. Thus, when the revival was recently announced, it was teased that Rory will be going through a life crisis when "Gilmore Girls" return. This has then led to the speculations that Rory might still be focusing on the organization, as much as she did when she was having doubts during her college years.

In addition to that, one of the confirmed guests on the "Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life" is Carolyn Hennesy of "General Hospital," as one of the members of the DAR. This just sparked the rumors all the more of the organization still part of the major plot of the revival.

Rory And Lorelai Will Still Be Best Friends As "Gilmore Girls" Return For Its Revival

Though that possible plotline is still bound to be confirmed, there are many other things that are definitely sure to happen in the upcoming "Gilmore Girls" revival that the fans should be excited for.

Rory will definitely still be single in the revival and is bound to end up with one of her ex-boyfriends, Jess or Logan. Dean is only going to have a minor appearance in the revival since actor Jared Padalecki is busy shooting for his on-going series, "Supernatural." Luke and Lorelai will still be together, but unknown if the confirmed wedding plot means theirs.

Last but not the least, Rory and Lorelai will still be their same old selves, best friends and the ideal mother-daughter relationship any teenage girl could ever hope for. To find out what their end will be, the "Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life" will premiere in Netflix on November 25.
