The manga chapter started with Lucy inside a dungeon with Natsu unconscious and tied up with a magic-stealing stone. DiMaria suddenly appeared and threatened her for brainwashing Brandi. She accidentally removed Lucy's bra when she showed her ability to teleport.

DiMaria then threatened to gouge her eyes and Lucy responded that she won't be able to stop her even if she slashes her face. Just as when DiMaria was about to hurt Lucy, everything blacked out.

Lucy was then seen lying on the floor without the magic-stealing stones to restrain her. DiMaria was next to her, beat down and bloody all over. Lucy asked her where Natsu is, but DiMaria looking really shocked with what she saw only managed to utter the word, "monster."

Happy, Porlyusica and Brandi came to the scene and told them that the tumor in Natsu's body was not Anti-ethernano and has been awakened when Brandi reduced it to its original size. They then figured out that it must be E.N.D.

Natsu was out looking for Zeref but stumbled upon Gray instead. The chapter ended with the two staring at each other looking like they will soon battle.
