Mysterious HTC Android Phone (6435LVW) with 1080p Coming Soon To Verizon?

Verizon customers could soon be treated to an entirely new high resolution Android smartphone soon. As per a new report, Verizon could soon launch a new HTC model 6435LVW that will offer some impressive specs. The new report arrived after it was previously revealed that AT&T could be looking forward to a new HTC Android model.

While the AT&T version HTC device is said to combine quad-core Tegra 3 with LTE connectivity, its Verizon counterpart could feature a very high resolution, reportedly 1794 x 1080. We came to know about the new Verizon device via benchmark testing, which is quite similar to the Evitare UL for AT&T.

The interesting thing about this HTC6435, as noticed by Droid-life, is that the scores reported for the device are substantially higher than it is normally expected for a phone running the Snapdragon S4 MSM8960. What this could mean is that enthusiasts could be looking at the MSM8960T, which is an upgraded model with an Adreno 320 GPU.

As per Droid-life, “We can see that the device is clocked at 1.5GHz, but we get the feeling that this isn’t the standard S4 that has been in a variety of phones as of late.”

As far as the benchmark report is concerned, the new device has a resolution of 1794 x 1080, which means that it will feature a 1080p display. Along with the new processor and mega-display, the phone runs Android 4.0.4 and will connect to Verizon’s 4G LTE network.

Could this really mean that HTC has one of the first models to feature such an extraordinary component? More reports will soon follow.
