Destiny: Rise of Iron game players has no doubt encountered Ornaments, Silver Dust and Radiant Treasure in the game. Here are tips on how to find or earn these items.
Ornaments, Silver Dust & Radiant Treasure
In Destiny: Rise of Iron, Ornaments is a skins and visual effect items given to the game's exotic weapons. Silver Dust is the latest currency while Radiant Treasure is a mystery bag. These two will be useful in acquiring Ornaments and other items as well.
Destiny: Rise of Iron - Where to Get Ornaments, How to Use It
Destiny: Rise of Iron players can acquire Ornaments either through Radiant Treasures or buying them at Xur with Silver Dust. At least one new Ornament every week is available there. Ornament collections have specific location in the player's inventory. Weapons can have two Ornaments while Armor has only one.
Destiny: Rise of Iron - Where to Get Silver Dust, Where to Spend it
Every Radiant Treasure can yield at least one Silver Dust. Players could also get rid of Ornaments that they don't like and collect five Silver Dust for each of them. Those with Silver Dust to spare can buy up to two Ornaments every week at Xur. Each Ornament will cost 25 Silver Dust a piece.
Players could also buy Gjallarwing from Tess Everis for 75 Silver Dust. However, these items are not the same free Iron Gjallarwing included in the pre-order of Destiny: Rise of Iron game. Colored filtered lens are also available for 15 Silver Dust. Emotes however, still require silver.
Destiny: Rise of Iron Radiant Treasure - How to Get Them
Radiant Treasures usually yields one weapon Ornament, a Silver Dust. Additional goodies may include up to two of these items such as Days of Iron Ornament Armor token, either Vanguard or Finger Wag emote, booster or Crucible.
Players who complete a SIVA Strike get one free Radiant Treasure every week. Players can also buy one from Tess Everis for 200 Silver.
