The Season 42 premiere of Saturday Night Live was hosted by Suicide Squad star Margot Robbie and marked her hosting debut.
Hot Then Not
The second sketch of Saturday Night Live is called The Librarian and Margot Robbie plays as the hot librarian Ms. Dalton who became the subject of five college students' obssession. It focused on how hot and beautiful Margot Robbie is then transitioned into a more disturbing but hilarious setting when Ms. Dalton started to do a strip tease. Her looks began to fall apart and the short film quickly became a cross between "hot" and "psycho", a role Margot easily taps in as it's similar to her manic portrayal of the sexy Harley Quinn from DC Entertainment's blockbuster movie Suicide Squad. The five college dudes though, they didn't look so fine at the end. You can check it out here:
Margot Robbie In Family Feud
Margot Robbie also played as Ivanka Trump on Saturday Night Live's "Poilitical Family Feud" Sketch in their season 42 premiere. She plays as Ivanka Trump as a member of Team Trump, a role which she plays perfectly, according to VanityFair, and was especially hilarious. VanityFair said her impression was "almost like an alien's impression of a human, intoning every word precisely and slowly."
Political Family Feud was hosted by Kenan Thompson as "Steve Harvey". Along with Robbie as Ivanka, Team Trump included Kate McKinnon as Trump campaign manager Kellyanne Conway, Bobby Moynihan as Chris Christie, and Beck Bennet as Vladimir Putin. The other party is Team Clinton which composes of Darrell Hammond as Bill Clinton, Melissa Villaseñor - the new cast member - as Sarah Silverman, Cecily Strong as Lin-Manuel Miranda, and Larry David as Bernie Sanders.
