Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare along with Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered will roll out to shelves Nov. 4. How to get early access
Activision gives a treat to those who pre-purchased the Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare Digital Deluxe Edition or Legacy Edition early access. 'Early access' will include being able to play the campaign mode for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered beginning on Oct. 5 - that's 30 days ahead of the official launch date.
The 30-day early access advantage, however, is exclusive for PlayStation 4 users. This means PC and Xbox One players will need to wait a little longer to play the campaign on Nov. 4.
Where to buy the early access advantage?
You can get the 30-day early access promotion via GameStop, Walmart, and Best Buy. It is important to note that the program is for PlayStation 4 users only.
For those who already pre-purchased one of the aforementioned Call of Duty bundles above from the PlayStation Store, don't worry, you will also receive early access. A notification will pop up from PlayStation via the PS4 starting from the day that you can pre-download the campaign.
Will game progress carry over when the game officially launches?
