'Clash Of Clans' October Update: What Players Are Expecting From Supercell's Upcoming Patch

"Clash of Clans" is finally releasing the most sought-after update this month. The update will reportedly be rolled out no later than Oct. 11.

After passing off the September update, Supercell will officially be releasing a patch this month, according to reports that circulated. The update is expected to come with new features and improvements that CoC fans have been anticipating for a long time now. In the meantime, here's a compilation of at least five common things that players from around the world want to see in the upcoming "Clash of Clans" update:

"Clash of Clans" Suggestion #1: Town Hall Level 12

Of all other requests, "Clash of Clans" Town Hall (TH) expanding to Level 12 or more might be the most common feature fanatics want for the upcoming update. Skylaki is just one of the thousands of those who want TH 12 to be born. In the "Clash of Clans" forum, he informed Supercell that he has made a concept design for TH 12. As described, Town Hall 12 will be much taller than TH11. On top of that, a gargoyle will be placed on its roof.

However, one senior member of the forum named starry2 responded that the game developer has no plans of expanding the Town Hall level as of now.

"Clash of Clans" Suggestion #2: New Defense -- A Hydro Pump

Hydro Pump is a defense weapon suggested by user named Galvatron100. In his suggestion, he described the Hydro Pump as a new defense structure "like an Air Sweeper for ground units." He added that this weapon will only be accessed starting from TH 9 as one unit. It will increase by one as the Town Hall level moves up a notch.

Furthermore, he designed the weapon not to cause any damage to the enemies, but will just slow them down. He likened it to a real-life hydro pump used by firefighters which sometimes is used to calm down a skirmish crowd. More of Galvatron100's suggestion here.

"Clash of Clans" Suggestion #3: New Clan Ranking System In Tournaments

"Clash of Clans" is currently designed to rank clans in tournaments according to the total number of trophies of the members which does not include members' war activities and the number of wars the clan has won. According to a user named Adnanpen, this ranking system does not encourage clan members to engage in wars.

Thus, he suggested that clan ranking be based on the war activities engaged by clans. He added that the top 20 players who have achieved the most number of war stars and have given more donations should be awarded with gems. More of Adnanpen's suggestion here.

"Clash Of Clans" Suggestion #4: Explanation To Rejected Clan Applicants

In the current gameplay of "Clash of Clans," being rejected by leaders of clans only appears as they reject applicants. A user named mcrowder suggested that clan leaders should send a message to applicants why they are rejected so they would know (1) when to stop applying in the same clan that rejected them, and (2) what to work on.

However, this was refuted by many players stating that there are a lot of rejected applicants and explaining to them one by one would be tedious. More of mcrowder's suggestion here.

"Clash Of Clans" Suggestion #5: Real-Time Raid Notification

Apparently, the "Clash of Clans" gameplay has push notifications for the activities of the game while the player is not on it. However, there are players who have multiple accounts. When the village gets raided, the game will only notify players of this event. What a user named doydan wants to happen is that Supercell should send notification specifying which clan is being raided. More of doydan's suggestion here.

These and countless other suggestions found in "Clash of Clans" forum page should give Supercell the idea of what CoC players want to happen next. What about you? What do you want to see in Clash of Clans October update?
