Serious Sam VR: The Last Hope is coming to Steam Early Access on October 17, developer Croteam has announced.
They anticipated it to be an early entry for around six months, with the full version boasting more ferocious enemies, uncharted planets, advance weaponry, and bad ass bosses, along with a unique skill tree and other bits, bobs, and butts.
The game is said to be compatible with HTC Vive and by the appearance of it, you'll also need a strong stomach: just look at all the things around that will be exploding into gory bits, bloodstained gameplay, and ghastly before your virtual eyes.
So, to all gamers out there, who have been filling Sam's shoes for years will now get an opportunity to do it FOR REAL (or the other way around, as real as it gets)! Sam answers in his first ever VR venture to dual wield an overpowering amount of explosive ordinance and battle Mental's relentless crow of hordes. The Earth Defense Force is shattering under the crushing power of Mental and his legions of fierce warriors and beasts. Now the entire universe last hope must clash from planet to planet - piling up and enhancing his weapons along the way - and lay waste to enormous alien herds under Mental's control... All in first-person, all in virtual reality!
