‘Grey’s Anatomy Season 13 Spoilers: Arizona Robbins Returns With New Love Interest

America’s favorite medical drama, "Grey’s Anatomy," is now in its 13th season, which premiered on September 16, 2016. It was revealed earlier this year that "Grey’s Anatomy’s" new season will be focusing more on the older main casts. In the latest episode, fans are relieved that one of the familiar faces finally returns to the series.

Arizona Robbins, played by American actress Jessica Capshaw, returns in episode three of "Grey’s Anatomy" Season 13. Despite the unlikeable character of Robbins, fans are still curious of how things will work out for her especially now that Callie Torres, her spouse who she divorced, is now out of the picture since the latter has moved to New York City.

One thing is certain though, Robbins and Alex Karev are starting off this season rocky with confrontations. Mexican actress Sarah Ramirez plays the role of Callie Torres and American actor Justin Chambers plays the role of Alex Karev.

Jessica Capshaw has commented that her character will be having a whole new beginning in the new series. She has discreetly revealed that the fresh start most likely includes a new love interest with a new character but no further details were divulged regarding this matter. Capshaw joked, “I think it’s got to be a new person, right? What am I going to do, start making out with Ellen (Pompeo)?”

With regards to the matter of whether or not fans will be seeing Callie back in the series, there is still no details on that. But Sarah Ramirez had stated before that she will not be returning for the new season since her character was written off the finale of "Grey’s Anatomy Season 12."

"Grey’s Anatomy" is one of the most watched series for its witty characters and unexpected plots despite it being a medical drama series. It revolves around the central main character, Meredith Grey and her colleagues, portraying their lives both as doctors and as simple human beings. "Grey’s Anatomy Season 13" airs every Thursday on ABC.
