‘Keeping Up With The Kardashians’ Ceases Production After Kim’s Paris Hotel Robbery

The cameras have stopped filming the reality show "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" following the tragic robbery involving Kim Kardashan in a Paris hotel on Oct. 3. Five thieves held up Kim Kardashan West at gunpoint early morning on Monday. They were dressed up as policemen and were allegedly able to cart off $11 million worth of Kim's jewelry.

The Show Is Supposed To Resume In Late October

"Kim's well-being is our core focus right now. No decision has been made as to when production will resume," said an E! spokesperson. "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" is currently in its 12th season. The TV series is supposed to resume its run on Oct. 23.

The Kardashans Have Signed A Contract Through 2018

The Kardashans have actually signed a deal with the TV network that will keep their show on the airwaves until 2018. It is still unclear if this will be modified with the recent events that happened to Kim. What is definite is that "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" will definitely be on hold until further notice from E!

The Investigation Is Still Going On

The robbery is still under investigation while Kim and husband Kanye West have rearranged their individual schedules. Kim has reset her Dubai makeup class while Kanye has changed several dates of his Saint Pablo tour which he is currently doing in order for them to be together. She has not updated her social media accounts either.

Season 13 of "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" was chosen back in 2015. It was to be a part of a three-season contract for the TV series. This will enable the show to stay on the air until 2018. The show "Rob & China," a spinoff from the series, is set to have its final episode on Oct. 23.
