The upcoming episode of "Grey's Anatomy" season 13 looks like a turning point for some of the relationships in the series. They all have their own romantic dramas and it looks like major changes in it are bound to happen soon. As for Meredith and Riggs, the latter seems to want to take their relationship to the next step.
It can be seen in the promo for the upcoming fourth episode that Riggs tells Meredith he wants to hang out, but she seems to be hesitant to agree on the proposal. Their relationship has merely been a couple of hook-ups to pass the time, and Riggs seems like ready to take Meredith out for real.
Meredith is hesitant for reasons beyond the viewers' understanding. It could be due to Maggie having feelings for Riggs or simply because Meredith is not yet ready to move on form the death of her husband, her one great love. On the professional aspect of their lives, Riggs seems to be taking Meredith's side on things.
Other Characters Struggle With Their Work And Personal Lives
April and Jackson try to work their way through parenthood, despite the fact that the two are already divorced. The fans of the couple are certainly hoping for the two to rekindle their romance now that they have a child, but it is still unknown whether or not the writers want the same thing. Alex also tries to do the right thing after nearly killing De Luca.

Arizona Robbins returns to the series after being absent for the first two episodes. Now, the fans are waiting to find out how she will meet a new love interest after she and Callie Torres ended things already. It has been confirmed that she will fall in love once again this season.
