When Cleveland Cavaliers superstar LeBron James complained about an issue in the NBA GameTime App on Twitter, developers found a way to immediately fix it despite all the previous complaints by non-superstars.
The Complainant Matters
Just like most of the users around the globe, it seems like James did not like the app's setup and intoned his concerns on Twitter last Thursday night. The next day, he received an update on the app fixing the glitch.
The concern was, when scrolling down in the score box, the content do not stay on the page. Users only get numbers in a row and it would be up to the user to remember how they are arranged.
If a normal person does express his concern in Twitter like what James did, it will take quite some time to be fixed, but of course, the NBA superstar did. He has millions of followers. His complaint would be addressed immediately by the app developer.
After his complaint, NBA App developers fixed it and aired the update last Friday night.
