Maesi Caes, an 11-year-old dance prodigy from the Abby Lee Dance Company, is joining "Dance Moms” season 7. Her credentials include being a dancer in Justin Bieber’s “Purpose” tour.
She is the holder of two Grand National Championships titles, proof that dance coach Abby Lee Miller made the right decision in adding another member to ALDC for season 7. Caes was also part of the trio performance, with Elliana Walmsley and Lilliana Ketchman, which won first place in the show’s Junior Division.
The trio performed “Birds Whisper,” a contemporary dance. When the original team made up of Walmsley, Ketchman and Daviana Fletcher was disbanded, only Ketchman and Walmsley were chosen by Miller to return. The newest addition, Fletcher, was dropped in favor of Caes whom the dance coach brought to season 7 of “Dance Moms” rather than have them compete at the Fierce National Dance Competition on Oct. 8.
Two Dancers Are Missing
There is no explanation why Fletcher has been excluded even if she performed in the competition’s initial rounds. But Fletcher is not the only one no longer in "Dance Moms" season 7. Also missing for the fifth time is JoJo Siwa, which would make avid fans wonder what the reason is for Siwa’s absence.
There are speculations that Siwa would also imitate what Maddie and Mackenzie Ziegler, "Dance Moms" fan favorites, did. It can be recalled that the sisters left the show during “Dance Moms” season 6. Despite Siwa’s absence, ALDC still won first place in the Teen Division and overall with the trio of Brynn Rumfallo, Kalani Hilliker and Kendall Vertes with their performance of “Black Birds.”
Miller Is Not A Fan Of Kendall Jenner
Meanwhile, in September, Miller, who is known for being outspoken, shared her thoughts on Instagram about the dance video of “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” star Kendall Jenner for a Vogue Espana video. Jenner is cover girl of Vogue Espana, Vogue Australia and Vogue Japan in the same month.
Season 7 of “Dance Moms” would premiere in 2017 on Lifetime network.
