'Tokyo Ghoul' Season 3 Spoilers, News And Updates: Series To Follow Kirishima's Story? MadHouse Production To Replace Pierrot?

Following the announcement that "Tokyo Ghoul" Season 3 might get a winter 2016 release, fans get even more excited as new rounds of rumors surfaced recently including a major change in production.

According to reports, Pierrot might hand over "Tokyo Ghoul" Season 3 to MadHouse Productions. With this, many fans speculate that there will be a major change when it comes to series' production including its storyline. To recall, a lot of anime enthusiasts were disappointed with the previous installments of "Tokyo Ghoul" as it were a bit off from the original plot. With the new production taking over, it is expected that Season 3 will follow closely to the manga version.

Meanwhile, another change that fans are expecting to see in "Tokyo Ghoul" Season 3 is its storyline. According to reports, Ken Kaneki's alleged memory loss is the perfect timing to pave way for Touka Kirishima. In the third installment, it is expected that the series will follow on her story and eventually bring closure to her arc.

The original storyline in the manga also featured Kaneki's lost of memories. In the said plot, his memory loss will lead him to become a Ghoul Investigator and takes on the name Haise Sasaki. However, as the story progresses, he will gradually regain his memories. The said plot is not yet confirmed to be adapted in the anime series.

If in case "Tokyo Ghoul" Season 3 features Kaneki's regained memories, it is speculated that he will be facing his mentor, Arima, in an epic battle. Although not confirmed, this brought more anticipation for the show.

With MadHouse possibly taking over the series, it is safe to say that fans can expect something new on their plates as "Tokyo Ghoul" Season 3 premieres. Although no further information about its release, fans will continue to wait patiently for their beloved anime series to return.
