"Call of Duty: Black Ops 2" is one of the highly-anticipated games of the year and it seems like the game is receiving new information updates and detailing almost every day. The latest in the series are a new set of details that have arrived directly from GamesCom.
In an interview at GamesCom, Treyarch Studio Head Mark Lamia shed more light on the upcoming game's Zombie mode. Lamia confirmed that Treyarch would be conducting a complete unveiling of the Zombie Mode in the future.
Lamia stated that "Black Ops 2 Zombies" will be bigger in every way. The world will be bigger and a host of new gameplay mechanics that can be implemented will be available within this mode. Treyarch wants to ensure that the base Zombie experience stays true to its nature, but there will be a lot more depth added to the game mode.
"The strategies will blow your mind in this one," revealed Lamia. The game will have an eight-player zombie mode, along with the popular traditional four-player mode. The back story has also been enhanced so that gamers have access to the proper context and information about the maps and other things.
"Call of Duty: Black Ops 2" is set for a Nov. 13, 2012 release on Wii U, PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, and Microsoft Windows.
