Pandora has released its new music sharing feature in iMessage. The latest app will result in more interaction with the music and other people who use Pandora and iMessage. It is now available for download from the iMessage App Store.
What Does The New App Do?
Pandora has explained how to use the Pandora app for iMessage. It is able to add new songs to the user's Now Playing list. The iMessage extension simply has to be opened.
It also allows users to search for a specific song within the same extension. He/she only has to type the track name in the Search bar.
It will also help you just in case you can't decide on what track to listen to. Pandora's curators will provide handpick share-worthy track suggestions.
Music Sharing Feature
Sometimes, users can love the song so much that they would want to share it. The sharing feature will enable the person the track is shared with to listen to a sample. This is directly done within the iMessage chat thread.
The Start Station will be tapped when the person actually liked the music you shared. It will help them to learn more about the artist of the song. They can also discover more about other similar artists on Pandora.
You will also find it cool that there are 12 stickers being offered. They can be used to express what the user is feeling about the shared song. It's similar to that of Facebook. These stickers include the thumbs up, thumbs down, jam alert and more.
How To Download It From The App Store?
The OS of your phone should be updated to iOS 10. There should be an App Store icon above the keyboard within the chat thread. A grid view for enabled apps will be displayed.
You need to select the "Store" button on the top left. Lastly, go to the Manage tab and toggle Pandora.
