Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare's beta will now be available, as confirmed by Activision. The Beta will start tomorrow for PlayStation 4. Pre-load will be available today.
The size of the download for Call of Duty: Beta will be 19GB. Activision confirmed that this size however is a bit bigger than expected.
The ones who have already redeemed their pre-order code should already be able to download them.
You can check here to see if you are eligible to download the beta. In checking, you will need the code provided by your retailer. The code can also be redeemed in the link provided.
Infinite Warfare Beta Schedule:
Weekend 1: PS4 only - Oct. 14 at 10 AM PDT/5 PM GMT to Oct. 17 at 10 AM PDT/5 PM GMT
Weekend 2: PS4 and Xbox One only - Oct. 21 at 10 AM PDT/5 PM GMT to Oct. 24 at 10 AM PDT/5 PM GMT
PC players however will not receive an official beta run on the same platform.
Being a Call of Duty XP attendee or holding a Veteran ticket, entitles you to play Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare Beta.
Activision has also released registration code emails in advance of the unlock period.
Fans will have options among three distinct Combat Rigs which will be featured in the launching of the game.
The following are the three different Combat Rigs:
WARFIGHTER: Allows the team to execute fast kills, swiftly gets to an object and maintains offensive attacks. This Combat Rig is a match for mid-range players who prefers to attack assault-style.
MERC: Imposing and armed with a lot of options which aims to clear threats from enemies. The attacks are quick and with authority. The technique aims on emphasizing suppressive fire and defense.
SYNAPTIC: C6 class remote-operated. Known for speed and close quarters type of duels.
Loadouts are available as Activision confirmed. However, Payloads and Traits will only be unlocked as you progress into the game. Therefore, not all of these features may be in enjoyed during Beta.
During the Infinite Warfare Beta, three maps will be featured. These maps will include FRONTIER (Circular Space Station, fast-paced, two-lane), FROST (Linear Jupiter's moon Europa, medium-paced, three-lane), THROWBACK (1950's Main Street USA, medium-paced, three-lane).
Players can further anticipate rotation of Team Deathmatch, Domination and Kill Confirmed, in terms of multiplayer modes. A new Defender Mode is also available.
