Galaxy S3 owners have much to rejoice about thanks to all the leaked ROMs that the Android Developers at XDA are pushing out. The happy times continue as the forum has leaked yet another Android 4.1 Jelly Bean ROM for users.
Interestingly, the new leak has arrived just few days before the Aug. 29 IFA Unpacking event in Berlin, Germany. The last leaked ROM was of the build I9300XXDLH4 and the latest one reads a build number I9300XXDLH7.
Although there is no changelog to accompany the leak, if the immediacy of the rumored roll-out date is to be taken into account, it could be safe to assume that this leak is somewhat close to what Samsung will be officially pushing out to phones soon.
The steps to install also remain as simple as it was for other leaks. All users need to do is to download the base ROM (the download link is given below), flash it, transfer the OTA file to the phone, reboot to recovery, install from zip, and reboot.
Users can also wait for the event in Berlin if they want the official Jelly Bean update directly from the company. However, users who are impatient and cannot wait for the official update, can go ahead with the XDA release and update their device.
Here is the link to the base ROM.
