New rumors suggest that "One Punch Man" Season 2 will feature the return of Lord Boros. To recall, Lord Boros was defeated in season 1 of the hit anime series. However, it has been reported that he might be resurrected and return to have his revenge on Saitama. It was also reported that Lord Boros will be more powerful than the bald hero, thus making him a challenging opponent. In addition, it was also rumored that Lord Boros will have stronger allies that will pose a threat to the Hero Association.

Aside from Lord Boros and his allies, rumors also claim that "One Punch Man" Season 2 will have more gruesome monsters. It can be recalled that in the first installment of the anime series, such monsters have been introduced and defeated including Mosquito Girl, Deep Sea King, Vaccine Man and Beefcake. With that, fans can expect to see a similar or even better type of monsters in the upcoming season.

On the other hand, fans might be pleased to know that "One Punch Man" Season 2 will have more episodes than its predecessor. According to reports, the second season will have a total of 19 episodes as compared to last season's 12-episode run.
